Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, fresh broccoli or sliced, fresh cauliflowerets*
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon to 1 cup water) to boiling.
    Add broccoli.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Cook until almost tender, about 5 minutes; drain thoroughly.
