Emma Williams' Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
milk
1 loaf bread, cubed
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes in water with 1 teaspoon of salt to cover potatoes.
Cut celery and onion in small pieces.
Cook in butter until done.
When potatoes are done, pour potato water over the cubed bread.
Mash potatoes; add a little milk to make smoother.
Combine the mashed potatoes, onion, celery and beaten eggs to the bread.
Mix well together.
Grease casserole with butter.
Put filling in and put pieces of butter on top.
Add a pinch of thyme or marjoram to filling (optional).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
