Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 large pkg. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 bottles spaghetti sauce
    1 fresh tomato
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    seasonings
Preparation
    Boil shells the night before; wash, drain and chill 24 hours. Brown ground beef.
    Mix ground beef, spinach, Ricotta, egg, chopped green onions and seasonings in large bowl.
    In a large buttered pan, place stuffed shells with mix.
    On top, put 1st layer of sauce, then add chopped tomatoes, then a 2nd layer of sauce.
    Add Mozzarella cheese on top and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain excess water.
    Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
