Ingredients

1 can crescent rolls
1/2 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce
celery
bell pepper
broccoli
radishes
cauliflower
carrots
Preparation

Press crescent roll dough into pizza pan.
Brown in oven; cool.
Beat until smooth the cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise.
Spread on crust.
Mix all vegetables (shredded or chopped fine).
Press on top of dressing.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
