Smothered Rabbit And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rabbit
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Clean and cut into pieces the rabbit.
Season with salt and paprika.
Then roll in flour.
Saute the rabbit in margarine until it is well browned.
Cover it thickly with sliced onion and salt. Spread 1 cup of sour cream over all.
Cover the skillet and simmer the rabbit for 1 hour or place the pan in an oven and bake for 1 hour.
