Streusel Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 Tbsp. uncooked oatmeal
Preparation

Combine flour and brown sugar.
Cut in butter with knives until mixture resembles small pebbles.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg and oatmeal.
Blend thoroughly.
Use as a topping for coffee cake or sweet rolls.
