Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely packed, coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat eggs until they are frothy; beat in sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla until thick and lemon colored. Stir in zucchini, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour mixture into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
