Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. whole bran cereal
2/3 c. apple juice
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. chopped pared apple
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 medium muffin cups.
Mix all ingredients except apple and raisins.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fold in apple and raisins.
Divide evenly among cups. Bake until light brown for 20 to 23 minutes.
Cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
