Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. boneless roast
    4 large carrots
    4 stalks celery
    2 large onions
    10 large potatoes
    1 can whole corn
Preparation
    Put roast in large kettle and cover with water.
    Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until it pulls apart easily.
    Add all other ingredients; stir or mix well.
    Cook until potatoes are soft. Remove from heat.
    Add salt to taste, then serve.
