Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Cook 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese until cheese dissolves.
Put broccoli in greased casserole dish.
Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 stick melted butter.
Spread over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
