Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch rounds
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. instant rice
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until barely tender.
    Drain.
    Saute beef and onion.
    Add rice, oregano and salt, mixing well.
    Place 1/2 zucchini in bottom of 5 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
    Cover with beef mixture.
    Spoon over cottage cheese.
    Add remaining zucchini. Spread soup over all.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
