Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole fryers, boiled and deboned into pieces (save broth)
    1 medium onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick oleo
    1 large pan cooked corn bread, toasted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together, adding broth to make moist.
    Pour in crock-pot, cook on low 4 hours or on high 2 hours.
    Easy recipe for Thanksgiving day.
