West Virginia Greens Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round loaf bread
2 c. polk and mixed field greens, chopped
1 pkg. dried soup vegetable soup mix (Knorr)
2 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cut top of bread and scoop out inside.
Break bread into pieces and use for dippers.
Combine mixed chopped greens with other ingredients.
Mix well and place in center of bread loaf. (This gets better if it sets a bit before serving.)
