Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped bananas (do not mash)
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs real good.
    Add Crisco oil, vanilla, crushed pineapple (undrained) and bananas; mix well.
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients; do not beat.
    Mix just enough to wet dry ingredients.
    Makes 3 (9-inch) layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
