Italian Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 lb. hot Italian sausage
3 lb. minute steaks
2 large cans tomato puree
1 to 1 1/2 c. diced peppers or 1 bag frozen
1 to 1 1/2 c. diced onion or 1 bag frozen
1 large can mushrooms
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove sausage from casings.
Break sausage and minute steaks into pieces and cook until done.
Drain.
In separate pan cook peppers and onion until tender.
Add onion and peppers to meat mixture and add drained mushrooms, tomato puree, Italian dressing mix and cheese.
Mix and simmer 1 hour.
Good for crock-pot.
