Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash browns
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small grated onion
Preparation
    Mix soups, onion, cheese and sour cream.
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour mixture over top.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Bake longer if more than 1 pan is in the oven.
    Put 1 can French fried onions on the top (if desired) the last few minutes of baking.
