Marshmallow Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
    3 bananas, shredded
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.
    Cool, stirring occasionally, until congealing starts.
    Add egg whites; beat until very light. Add bananas; stir lightly.
    Chill until set.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
