Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together first four ingredients until smooth (mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt).
Add cabbage, green pepper and onion; toss to coat well.
Cover; chill.
Makes about 6 cups.
