Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion
2 c. celery
1 c. green pepper
1 c. red pepper or 1/2 c. pimentos
2 lb. kraut
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Chop fine and combine onions, celery, peppers and pimientos. Add kraut; drain well but do not rinse.
Combine well sugar, oil and vinegar.
Pour over mixture and chill well.
