Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs to creamed mixture.
Stir in molasses.
Alternate, adding dry ingredients and milk.
Pour in 13-inch baking pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
