Bean And Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. purple onion
    1 jar pimientos
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 can green peas
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Drain the beans, corn and peas.
    Add to chopped vegetables. Mix sugar, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Boil and pour over vegetables.
    Best if you let set overnight.
