Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. apricots
1 small can coconut
2/3 c. pecans
2 tsp. orange juice
4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Grind apricots, coconut and pecans in food chopper.
Add orange juice.
Shape into small balls (size of walnuts).
Roll in granulated sugar.
Store to season in tightly covered container (about 2 weeks), but will keep for months.
