Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. green pepper, diced fine
1 c. celery, diced fine
1 large onion, diced fine
1 small can pimento
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and vinegar in small bowl.
Mix sauerkraut, green pepper, celery and onion.
Pour oil mixture over sauerkraut mixture and toss.
Prepare this the night before.
Use next day; add small can pimento (drained and diced).
Can also be added night before.
