Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Drop from teaspoon about 4-inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Let stand a minute before removing to rack to cool.
