Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms
    flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic salt
    oil
Preparation
    Clean
    mushrooms and remove stems.
    Beat egg with milk. Dip mushrooms
    in
    egg,
    then
    in flour and back in egg.
    Mix Parmesan cheese,
    crumbs
    and garlic salt.
    Roll mushrooms in crumbs and deep fry until brown.
