Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Italian sweet sausages (1/3 lb.)
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 c. finely minced yellow onion
1 clove garlic, minced
olive oil (as necessary)
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/3 c. thick Bechamel sauce (white sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
12 large mushrooms
Parmesan cheese to taste (sprinkle on after)
Preparation

Remove sausage from casings and cook until done.
Saute onion and garlic\tin olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and sausage. Pull
stems
from\tmushrooms
and\tstuff.\tBake
on lightly oiled pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
