Fried Salmon Things - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain the salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    Put meat into a mixing bowl, break apart well with a fork, then add the flour and slightly beaten egg.
    Add pepper, if desired.
    Mix well.
    Add the baking powder to the reserved liquid; then beat well with fork until foamy.
    Pour this into the salmon mixture, then stir until blended.
    Using two teaspoons, scoop the mixture and drop into deep fryer.
