Florentine Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, Parmesan cheese and onion and mix thoroughly. Stuff the pocket of each chicken breast with 1/4 cup of mixture. Use a sharp knife to make pocket in side of breast. Lay stuffed breast in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
