Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, cook onion until tender.
Add soup and cream cheese; stir constantly until smooth and hot.
In greased baking dish, layer with frozen hash browns and cream sauce.
Make sure you end in cream sauce.
Cover and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
