Candied Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled pecans
    1 egg, beaten until frothy with 1 tsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add salt, cinnamon and sugar.
    Mix in pecans until they are well coated.
    Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
