Pasta And Sausage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. corkscrew pasta
1 c. diced green or red pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. ripe black olives
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. hard salami
4 oz. pepperoni

Preparation

Cook pasta; rinse with cold water and drain.
Cool completely and turn into a large bowl.
Add pepper, onions and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk until smooth the salad dressing, sour cream and milk.
Add cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add all of the preceding to the pasta and toss well.
Let marinate.
Just before serving, add the meat.
Serves 6.
