Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli
2 large carrots
3 stalks celery
2 large onions
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. vegetable broth
dash of cayenne and white pepper
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

Saute all 1/2 to 1-inch thick pieces of vegetables in margarine.
Add liquid and simmer, but don't boil away liquid. Add dash of cayenne and white pepper. Cook until soft.
Mix ingredients and add liquid in a blender until smooth.
Add 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese while blending.
Return puree to pot and add 1 pint half and half to mix.
Heat through.
