Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    18 oz. crushed pineapple (not drained)
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Add rest and stir until mixed (do not beat).
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
