Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 average size sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 stick butter
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Peel and slice sweet potatoes to cook in water until done. Drain.
    Using electric mixer, cream the potatoes while adding the 1 stick of butter, eggs and 1 cup sugar.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
