Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. apples, chopped fine
    1 c. nuts (pecans), chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour tube pan well.
    Mix sugar, Wesson oil, eggs and apples.
    Add flour and pecans slowly.
    Add vanilla and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Mix the nuts in with the flour as this keeps them from going to the bottom of the cake.
