Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    sugar and butter together.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at
    a
    time; mix.
    Combine flour and baking soda.
    Add to mixture and
    add
    buttermilk
    a little at a time.
    Beat well. Add vanilla. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
