Meat-N-Peas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can of chicken or equivalent of leftover beef or chicken
1 c. cubed sharp cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (16 oz.) can of peas
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
lettuce
paprika
Preparation

Cut meat into strips; add cheese, celery and drained peas. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; toss with meat mixture.
Chill.
Serve in lettuce cups with a dusting of paprika. Serves 4.
