Lemon Glaze Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. regular size yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 lb. butter
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

As
soon
as
cake
is
taken from oven and while it is still hot, punch holes all through cake with a cooking fork or ice pick.
(Don't
worry,
it
will
not fall.) Pour glaze on cake.
A shiny, glazed film will cover the top of cake.
