Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 (8 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. deboned chicken
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. or 2 slices bread crumbs
1/3 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes.
Drain and cut into 1-inch pieces and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Place chicken over broccoli (add lemon pepper, if desired).
Mix together mayonnaise and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle cheese over soup.
Crumble 2 pieces of dry toast for bread crumbs and mix together with margarine.
Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
