Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    3 handfuls fine smashed egg noodles
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth (3 chicken bouillon cubes with 2 3/4 c. water)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add noodles and onion; fry until light golden brown.
    Add rice and stir until coated with butter. Add broth and salt; stir well and simmer for 25 minutes, covered.
