Easy Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix vinegar with milk; set aside.
    Cut the shortening with pastry blender (or 2 knives) into the flour to which the salt has been added.
    Mixture should be the size of peas.
    Add milk, all at once; stir with a fork until blended.
    With hands, gather together into ball of dough.
    Makes 1 double crust and 1 single crust.
    Any leftover crust may be frozen.
