Grace'S Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 whole onion, sliced
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    turmeric powder
    1 large fresh tomato
    cinnamon
    powdered cloves
    black pepper
    cayenne
    1 cut up chicken in small pieces
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Saute onion slices until golden. Add 1/4 cup water.
    Add cayenne and turmeric to taste.
    Cut tomato up and add to pan to make sauce.
    Brown/simmer until grease separates.
    Add chicken pieces and garlic.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook until tender and brown. Add a pinch of cinnamon, clove powder and fresh black pepper. Cook another few minutes.
    Serve with rice.
