Ham Skillet Supper Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked ham, trimmed and cut into cubes
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas with sauteed mushrooms
    4 (8 oz.) packets Quaker instant grits
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown ham in butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Add water and frozen peas. Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; slowly stir in instant grits.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in preheated hot (400\u00b0) oven about 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
