Spearmint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. packed fresh or 2/3 c. dried spearmint leaves
    1 qt. boiling water plus 3 qts. cold water
    Honey or sugar
Preparation
    Add spearmint leaves to 1 qt. boiling water.
    Let steep 15-20 minutes. Strain.
    Add the 3 qts. cold water and sweeten to taste. Serve over ice.
    Makes 1 gallon.
