Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
2 (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
3 c. milk
1 c. cubed smoked ham
1 c. light cream
1/2 lb. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook broccoli in 1 can of broth, just barely tender.
Brown smoked ham in some margarine and pepper.
Add with additional ingredients.
Do not add cheese until removed from heat.
Stir in until melted.
Do not boil.
