Honey Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine the cornmeal, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt and soda in a large mixing bowl.
    Set side.
    Combine buttermilk, oil, eggs and honey.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut cornbread into 2-inch squares to serve.
