Ham Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Place flour in bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender or fork.
Add milk all at once; mix lightly with fork.
Turn dough onto floured surface; knead slightly.
Pat or roll into desired thickness.
Cut out biscuits; place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
