Potato-Bacon Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped
    2 c. water
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. butter flavored seasoning mix (Butter Buds)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray Pam in nonstick pan.
    Add onions and bacon; cook over medium heat, stirring until onions are tender but not brown.
    Stir in water and potatoes; bring to boiling.
    Cover; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Mash slightly.
    Stir in milk, butter flavor, salt and pepper.
    Do not boil.
