My Favorite Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Crisco or butter
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    8 medium eggs
    8 Tbsp. coffee cream
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat whites stiff and sit in refrigerator. Reserve 2/3 cup sugar
    (from
    original 2 2/3 cups).
    Add to whites.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Gradually add flour.
    Fold in egg
    whites, cream and flavoring.
    Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
