Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients; add nuts.
    Add eggs and undrained pineapple.
    Stir by hand, not mixer.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch aluminum pan or glass dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes for aluminum pan and 40 minutes in glass dish. Cool.
